What You Will Do- Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
- Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels.
- Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
- A high level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
- Patience when communicating and solving issues.
- The ability to keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends.
- Proactivity, self-motivation, and a great team player attitude.
- A competitive salary of around €28,000 - €35,000 per year.
