Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to join our Center of Competence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Taking care of the receipt, verification, qualification, and further processing of all incoming customer tickets;
- Analyzing bugs reported by customers in close consultation with project managers and making decisions regarding the distinction between a bug, feature, or change request;
- Ensuring agreed response and resolution times in accordance with valid customer service level agreements;
- Verifying error messages and passing them on to development teams for correction or assisting customers with instructions and workarounds;
- Testing bug fixes and new features/functions for desired behavior.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in user support and service request management, preferably in the IT sector;
- The ability to enjoy technical topics, handle complexity, and prioritize independently;
- A solution-oriented and structured approach to problem-solving;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to grasp new topics quickly and listen actively;
- Maintaining professionalism even in challenging situations;
- Either existing knowledge of railway systems or a willingness to develop expertise in this field;
- Confidence in using English (written and spoken) and possibly another language.
Benefits
