We're seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bol.com, one of the leading web shops in Europe. Located in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Portugal, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • You will assist customers with their shopping experiences, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • You will communicate with customers in Dutch or Flemish and English, using your excellent language skills to resolve queries.

Requirements:

  • You must be fluent in Dutch or Flemish and possess good command of English.
  • You should be energetic, innovative, and a fast thinker, able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, with a passion for fashion and trends.
