In this exciting opportunity, you will be part of our Customer Care team in Lisbon, Portugal. Our client is a renowned company that provides customer acquisition management, customer care, technical support, debt collection, and social media services to over 170 markets worldwide.
About the JobWe are looking for a highly skilled Content Moderator who can review content for one of the leading social media platforms. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the platform's community rules are upheld.
No previous experience is required, and you will receive comprehensive training by certified instructors.
Requirements- You must be fluent in Icelandic (C2 level) and have a good understanding of the English language (minimum A2 level)
- Basic computer skills are mandatory, while advanced skills such as coding are preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills, are essential
- You must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- A competitive fixed monthly salary of €2,500 - €3,000 (depending on experience), plus bonus
