Job Overview:
The Customer Support Specialist for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) serves as a single point of contact for customers within their assigned portfolio, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities such as order handling, quotations, customer data maintenance, and coordination of customer requirements are handled courteously, accurately, and on time. This role focuses on building relationships to maintain and increase customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free interactions.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and coordinate final responses.
- Communicate changes that might affect orders to customers.
- Administer SAP systems by updating customer master data, CoA, invoice query resolutions, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Liaise regularly with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure OTIF delivery to customers.
- Work proactively to achieve local SHE objectives while adhering to relevant regulations.
- Control consignment stocks and complete customer portals when necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 0-2 years' experience in a related field.
- High school degree or commercial school education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong computer competency with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-oriented mindset with ability to adapt/respond to diverse characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
