Job Description


The Customer Service Agent will support clients' activities by offering exceptional service to their customers. This role involves working with one of the most well-known companies in the telecommunication sector. Key responsibilities include:



  • Responding to incoming queries from customers
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support

This position offers a long-term fixed contract, renewable upon satisfactory performance. The remuneration package includes:



  • A salary of €1350 gross per month (excluding accommodation) or €950 gross per month (including free accommodation)
