Job Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of specialists and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our c-level suite to develop strategies and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or enterprise software sales.
- Experience in leading projects from scratch, preferably with a team.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling is highly valuable.
- B2B experience.
- Proven track record of generating and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Proficient English.
- Experience in a tech startup is a differential.
- Availability to work with different time zones.
