About the RoleWe're looking for a Chief of Staff to support our Chief Business Development Officer in driving strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Analyze market data and identify high-priority business development opportunities;
- Develop and refine business development materials and presentations;
- Participate in external meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to support business development efforts;
- Assist in developing, tracking, and improving key performance indicators within the overall pipeline to ensure project success;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments & teams;
- Support program management, initiative implementation, and effective communication to aid decision-making processes;
- Analyze and improve current processes for optimized efficiency and productivity.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3+ years of strategy consulting / corporate strategy, investment banking, and/or business development experience in a startup environment;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills;
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a structured manner;
- A proven track record of creating trusting relationships at all levels of an organization;
- The ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to diffuse conflict and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve optimal solutions;
- An entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and persistence through adversity;
- A solid moral compass and integrity.
