Customer Relationship Coordinator

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity in the fintech sector? If you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, we have an exciting role for you as a Customer Relationship Coordinator in Valencia, Spain.
Your responsibilities will include supporting B2B customers mainly through email and chat, but also phone. You will work closely with your colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience and contribute to troubleshooting, innovation, and change management within the company.
One of the key aspects of this role is handling payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms. Your goal will be to resolve these issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for maintaining Trustpilot reviews and contributing to improving the overall company NPS through excellent service. Additionally, you will flag and escalate customer queries and develop suitable solutions to address their concerns.
To achieve these goals, you will need to map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in the German language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in English. They will also have competency in using computers and be proactive and solution-oriented.

Estimated Salary Range: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
