About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing technical assistance and support to our clients over the phone, ticket, and chat platforms. Your role will involve presenting software solutions to customers, identifying their needs, and collaborating with our sales department to forward requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat
- Present software solutions to customers and demonstrate functionality
- Identify customer needs and forward requests to our sales department
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience
Requirements:
University degree in economics or relevant vocational education
Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
At least some experience working with customers and/or in sales
Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
