**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient responses to their inquiries and concerns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases and improve overall customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback;
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed solutions;
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Native-level written and verbal communication skills in German;
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently;
  • Strong argumentation and negotiation skills;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
