The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advocate to join our Customer Experience department. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, using active listening skills to understand customer concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid driver's license (due to occasional travel requirements)
