Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to develop our German market territory by identifying opportunities for account expansion, identifying new decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings. The ideal candidate will leverage existing contacts and client relationships to connect global learning leaders within multinational companies with our solution.
The successful candidate will drive top-line revenue growth primarily through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within our existing account database. They will work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture accounts and develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for our solutions.
The role involves participating in exhibitions and events, traveling to customer sites within the territory to support sales efforts, and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of clients' organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Good understanding of SaaS and international markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with proficiency in English
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of clients' organizations
- Team player with a self-motivated attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, personable, and hard-working individual
- Active on social media in a business context
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is a plus
