About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Agent to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients who use our paid products, including Premium, Music, and movies.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
- Provide general and technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures
- Manage policy, safety, and copyright issues related to our products
- Troubleshoot different problems with our products, such as playing videos, uploading, account, and bugs issues
- Support customers with monetization purposes, such as how to make money and optimize their channel
- Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines
- Support with account and settings, such as resolving content ID and rights management issues
Requirements
- You must speak and write Swedish at a native level and be fluent in English (B2)
- At least 12 months of customer support experience within a contact center to be considered a senior agent
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs: C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs
- Good computer handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with research capabilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, service-oriented, professional, and thorough
