We are working with a leading multinational technology business based in Lisbon, Portugal. This organization is seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent who can communicate effectively with clients using various channels.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support through telephone, email, and chat interactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide solutions within set timeframes.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to resolve complex problems or escalate them to senior representatives.
  • Document each interaction and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Maintain job-related administrative tasks up-to-date.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Languages: Native/fluent in Russian (C1) and fluent in Polish (B2 level).
  • Experience: Previous experience in similar roles is mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, stress resilience, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently as part of a team.
