**Key Responsibilities**




  • Provide multilingual customer support for hospitality clients.
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver effective support.

  • Maintain system capabilities through testing and troubleshooting.


**Requirements**




  • High level of German (spoken and written) and English language proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with solid troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to work in an omnichannel environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Wide experience in remote support and collaboration.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to hospitality clients, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver effective support.
