About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Innovation Manager to join our Customer Experience Planning & Engineering team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions to improve customer experience across Europe and globally.

Responsibilities

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technology solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience;

    ">
  • Designing, managing, and maintaining systems or processes to support business objectives;

    ">
  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge in FedEx systems, procedures, and best practices;

    ">
  • Supporting the implementation of other projects/initiatives as necessary;

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Customer Care environment;

    ">
  • Experience working in a Safe Agile development environment or significant Project Management experience;

    ">
  • Quality Driven Management mindset and experience;

    ">
  • Ability to adapt in a High Performance Management culture;

    ">
  • Proficient use of Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);

    ">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

    ">
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence others to find practical solutions to address business challenges.
