Your Responsibilities
">As a Customer Experience Manager at Líbere Hospitality Group, your role will be multifaceted. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, and driving continuous improvement in our services.
">Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting guests with any needs they may have during their stay">
- Monitoring the status of the building and addressing any issues that may arise">
- Managing linen inventory and coordinating with external laundry service providers">
- Tracking lost and found items and returning them to guests as needed">
- Assisting with guest check-ins and onboarding">
- Supervising supplier visits and managing orders">
- Supporting the preparation of the annual cleaning schedule and communicating with the cleaning team">
- Ensuring the spaces are cleaned to the highest standards before guest arrival">
