Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Lisbon hub office. You will provide proactive support to senior BCG leaders, anticipating and solving problems before they arise. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Organizing and scheduling client/internal meetings and events with complex calendars.
- Anticipating and coordinating travel needs, including booking hotels and transportation.
- Processing timesheets and expenses on a timely basis.
- Maintaining confidentiality and providing administrative support.
- Assisting with research and gathering information to help problem-solve questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in professional services or multi-national companies.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
