Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Lisbon hub office. You will provide proactive support to senior BCG leaders, anticipating and solving problems before they arise. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and scheduling client/internal meetings and events with complex calendars.
  • Anticipating and coordinating travel needs, including booking hotels and transportation.
  • Processing timesheets and expenses on a timely basis.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and providing administrative support.
  • Assisting with research and gathering information to help problem-solve questions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in professional services or multi-national companies.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
