About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with potential clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
