Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Randstad Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them leverage our AI customer care automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to each client, outlining objectives, milestones, and strategies for achieving desired outcomes.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize their experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or similar.
- More than 3 years in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Knowledge of customer care automation, AI technologies, and customer support best practices is highly desirable.
- Portuguese and English.
- Spanish will be a plus.
