Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As an Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to engage prospect clients, close deals, and expand existing customer relationships.
This role involves managing client ramp-ups proactively, leading smooth onboarding experiences for new and high-growth clients, and preparing go-to market plans and sales strategies. You will also conduct onboarding and implementation processes based on data analysis to ensure full adoption of our solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success or onboarding, with a proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage diverse stakeholders. A detail-oriented, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering unparalleled customer success is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to engage prospect clients, close deals, and expand existing customer relationships
- Managing client ramp-ups proactively, leading smooth onboarding experiences for new and high-growth clients
- Preparing go-to market plans and sales strategies
- Conducting onboarding and implementation processes based on data analysis to ensure full adoption of our solutions
- Addressing and resolving client challenges using Uber's innovative solutions
What we offer:
- Contract with Adecco RH, with the possibility of continuity through performance and business development
- Attractive salary package + food allowance (approximately €43,000 per year)
- Full-time position, from 09H00 to 18H00 Monday to Friday
- Hybrid position, 2 days per week in home-office and 3 days in Lisbon's office

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening and organizational skills in Portuguese and English. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are also essential.
