Job Description: As an Account Management Specialist for Restaurant Partners, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our restaurant partners, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers. This role involves working closely with our restaurant partners to understand their needs, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our media partners to ensure successful marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and training of restaurant partners
  • Identify and prioritize partner needs, providing exceptional customer service
  • Execute changes on the platform, resolve technical issues, and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with media partners to drive successful marketing programs
  • Develop targets and strategies with the team lead

Requirements:

You will be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sales, or Computer Science
  • Excellent social skills and experience interacting with customers
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in project management or entrepreneurship
  • Goal-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic
