About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at Zumub. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial portfolio management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. They will also be responsible for acquiring new business clients by actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base. Additionally, they will identify market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate leads and build lasting relationships with customers
  2. Commercial portfolio management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  3. Acquire new business clients by actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base
  4. Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new offerings
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  6. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or international business (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, persuasive and engaging
  • Resilience, patience, active listening, and good observation
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the sports nutrition industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
