We are looking for dedicated professionals to expand our team as Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisors in Europe.

About the Job

As a key member of our support team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to consumer inquiries and questions via multiple channels
  • Maintaining accurate records of consumer interactions on our database
  • Ensuring client complaints are addressed and logged according to our escalation policy
  • Providing timely and effective support, meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through training and work with our experienced team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch
  • A good level of English language skills (B2 or higher)

The estimated salary for this position ranges between €35,000 to €50,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. However, please note that actual salaries may differ based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and company requirements.
