What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As an English-Speaking Team Leader for a B2B Sales Project, you will:
Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
Closely monitor the SLA's and KPI's of the project.
Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

We'll be a great match if you:
Have a high level of English (oral and written).
Have at least 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory).
Have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's).
Have knowledge of CRM system.
It would be a plus if you:
Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills.
Are skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail.
Are self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
