As the Japanese VIP Account Manager, you will be an essential member of the VIP Team, providing an unbeatable experience for our VIP customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment which is constantly evolving and innovating, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Your daily tasks will be:

Building long-term strategic relationships with our VIP customers to increase their engagement with us, and gain loyalty and trust.

Taking ownership of the assigned VIP portfolio and managing customers proactively.

Acting upon opportunities that drive retention, growth, and reactivation, monitoring new potential VIPs, enhancing product and brand knowledge.

Carrying out daily reviews of biggest winnings and losses, taking advantage of most recent player betting behaviours.

Identifying and providing data-driven solutions and applying the best industry practices in solving the queries and taking full ownership of escalated customer cases.

Analysing the betting activity and Key Performance Indicators within the assigned portfolio.

Applying best practices for hosting and participating in VIP events, involving frequent travel.

What we expect from you:

3+ years experience within the online gaming industry.

Understanding of cryptocurrencies, sports betting, and casino games.

Fluency in Japanese and English.

Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye on detail.

Commitment to delivering the absolute best VIP experience.

Proactive and positive mindset, ability to handle stressful situations and challenging conversations with the customers.

Ability to multitask and prioritize the daily workload.

Project management skills.

Ability to discover new insights about customer needs, product usage, and market trends particularly related to online casinos, and VIP experiences.

Analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
