Descrição
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Desenvolvimento da Rede de Mediadores : Estabelecer e fortalecer relações com mediadores, identificando oportunidades de negócio e promovendo eventos/workshops locais. Implementar ações de trade marketing que promovam a fidelização da rede.
Análise da Região : Monitorizar o volume de negócios e rentabilidade, analisando canais de vendas e mix de produtos. Trabalhar em conjunto com os responsáveis operacionais para assegurar as melhores condições de desenvolvimento de negócio.
Conhecimento do Mercado Local : Acompanhar as tendências de mercado na região e utilizar essa informação para identificar novas oportunidades. Estar atento e partilhar insights com os stakeholders.
Perfil ideal
Competências Comportamentais:
Proatividade e espírito crítico voltado para a melhoria contínua;
Autonomia na tomada de decisões;
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e fomentar o espírito de entreajuda;
Facilidade na análise e resolução de problemas.
Competências Técnicas:
Experiência mínima de 2/3 anos em funções semelhantes;
Valorizamos experiência prévia no trabalho com clientes de frotas ;
Domínio das ferramentas Office;
Boa capacidade de negociação.
