Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 25k+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads and many entrepreneurs - who've created **200+ tech startups** and raised $1B+ and counting
As a new member of the Career Services Team, your role will be pivotal in identifying, supporting, and actively engaging with **leaders of prominent companies** to facilitate the hiring of our alumni. Your proactive approach and dedication to building strong professional relationships will be key in creating **valuable employment opportunities** for our alumni.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in driving Le Wagon's growth and presence in the French and German markets through strategic networking, partnership development, and showcasing our graduates' talents to industry leaders.
Your primary objective will be **to maximise deal closures for our students**, achieved through these key tasks:
- **Manage client accounts** comprehensively, from sourcing to deal closing
- Proactively identify and cultivate **potential clients** through diverse channels including web portals, job postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and professional contacts
- Acquire **job opportunitie**s from various companies and recruitment managers, ensuring a steady pipeline of placements
- Diligently **source clients**, leveraging a multitude of sourcing methodologies to maximise reach and effectiveness.
- **Educate and engage** prospects fitting our ideal client profile on the advantages of hiring our trained students
- Work in **synergy** with marketing, product development, and sales teams to develop and implement cohesive business strategies.
- Act as an ambassador for the Le Wagon brand within France, actively participating in key **technology events** and forging strategic connections through **networking** activities.
Working closely with the General Managers of France, Germany and Global Head of Career, you'll be instrumental in Le Wagon's success and growth in both markets.
**About you**:
- **At least 2-5 years of experience** in business development or in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
- **Bilingual French/English language level**, German a plus
- **Sales experience in French and German markets**:
- Strong ability to **analyse market trends and client needs**:
- Team player, energised by working with various stakeholders from different backgrounds
- You want to help our students by closing as many as possible deals with great hiring partners Understanding of current technology trends and ability to learn about new products quickly.
