We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Renewal Specialist to join our newly created Renewals organization. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective renewal strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing renewals for SaaS customer accounts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key stakeholders within our Customers, collaborating with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans, implementing industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal, and proactively identifying and capitalizing on renewal upsell opportunities within assigned territories.

  • Lead negotiations with customers to ensure successful renewals
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve any account issues impacting renewal
  • Ensure operational excellence throughout the renewal process
  • Maintain tactical awareness and address any challenges promptly
  • Maintain predictability in forecasting and delivering against targets
  • Strive to exceed expectations in all aspects of renewal management
  • Demonstrate proficiency in learning new systems
  • Navigate through change effectively and quickly ramp up on new product offerings

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in renewals management or account management in the software industry, specifically focusing on SaaS solutions and services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or renewal quotas, particularly for SaaS Renewals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Experience advocating for clients while ensuring company policies are upheld
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Effective at handling difficult situations and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Experience balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders within tight timelines and resource constraints
