Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Manager to lead our PR strategy in the UK market. As a key member of our Global Communications Team, you will be responsible for executing our PR strategy, driving media relations, and creating compelling content to position Zendesk as a leader in AI-driven Customer Experience (CX).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PR strategies that align with our global communications goals, focusing on the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key UK media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage in top-tier publications.
  • Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content that effectively communicate our brand messages.
  • Organize and manage press interviews, media briefings, and other events to generate positive publicity.
  • Collaborate with our social media team to amplify PR campaigns and track media coverage.
  • Provide regular reports to management on PR campaign effectiveness and media coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Native English speaker or business fluent.
  • Previous experience working in the tech, CX, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements in the UK.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain media relationships.
