Customer Service Expert: Premier Helpdesk Support

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team as a Premier Helpdesk Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide high-level support to customers on technical and functional issues related to the Travelport product range. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incidents across various channels, including phone, web submit, chat, and email.
- Identifying and troubleshooting problems efficiently to minimize impact on customers.
- Resolving issues promptly and adhering to escalation procedures.
- Reporting problems through our Incident Management System and tracking them until resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field, preferably within the travel industry.
- Extensive knowledge of GDS systems, with Galileo preferred but other GDS considered.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- A positive attitude, with a 'can-do' approach and commitment to follow published processes.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
