The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Global HR Services team, providing day-to-day guidance, prioritizing support, and overseeing capacity planning. They will also be the single point of contact for HR Project Managers from the HRIS team, reporting to the Head HRIS and Employee Services on HR Service KPIs.
This role requires strong people management experience, ideally in a global context, with a proven ability to inspire and grow teams. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in HR operations, employee life cycle, and HR transactions, including project management. Fluency in English is essential, with French and/or German being a plus.
In addition to a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per year, you will enjoy flexible working hours, hybrid set-up options, on-target bonus, work-from-home allowance, private medical services, access to Wellbeing and Learning platforms, and Bookster library.
