About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Portugal. As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales activities of Control and Safety systems, identifying market requirements, developing strategies, and executing tactics for order growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and seek new opportunities to sell all products, solutions, and services included in our portfolio.
  • Drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to their needs.
  • Participate in customer development activities such as trade shows, fairs, and conferences to promote the sales of products, solutions, and services.
  • Maintain and continuously develop a high level of knowledge of our products and technologies.
  • Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization.
About You

You should be passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and better results.

Requirements
  • An engineering degree or comparable technical education.
  • At least 3 years of technical sales experience in the industrial market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Portuguese and English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
  • Availability for local and international travel.
