Job Description

To excel in this role as a Service Desk Agent, you will provide information to customers regarding their queries and troubleshoot issues efficiently while adhering to defined SLAs. You should be able to work independently and effectively to meet quality standards, interacting with customers via phone, email or chat to resolve their concerns. Additionally, you will be required to improve your skill level through self-development or nominating training programs, meeting quality scores, SLAs, and bringing innovation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers resolving their queries and issues.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and continuously improve processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any field.
  • Good fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in Customer Service or Technical Voice Support.
  • Experience handling complaints and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
