The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Strategy Specialist to drive strategic improvements in customer support operations.

As a key member of our team, you will analyze customer support data, identify improvement opportunities, and work closely with technical teams to implement and measure the impact of these initiatives.

Your primary goal will be to enhance the efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness of our customer support services, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer support data to uncover trends and challenges.
  2. Develop business cases for improvement by researching data and organizational feedback.
  3. Provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and efficiency.
  4. Implement process enhancements by collaborating with technical teams.
  5. Support cross-functional teams in aligning customer support strategies with business objectives.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in strategy and consulting, preferably with 5+ years of experience in customer support strategy, operations management, or consultancy.

You should have a proven track record in enhancing customer experience and driving operational efficiency.

Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in customer support software and tools is an advantage.
