Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Technical Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing Agicap's solution key features, specifically banking and data integration. Your mission will consist of collecting and integrating client data from various sources (banks, accounting tools), connecting client banks, arranging the data into a format that can be imported into Agicap, and building a scalable process for customer data management.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €55,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as a daily lunch allowance, health insurance, transportation reimbursement, and state-of-the-art work equipment. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering or business, with excellent command of Excel (including VBA) and experience in automating data processing via VBA or other languages. You should also be an intermediate speaker in Spanish and fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. As a team player, you will want to share your knowledge and be willing to develop your customer interaction skills.
