  1. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Success Expert to join our team at Agicap. As a Technical Customer Success Expert, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in implementing our solution's key features, focusing on banking and data integration.
  2. Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include integrating customer data from various sources, arranging the data into a format that can be imported into Agicap, and collaborating with the Onboarding and CS Ops teams to provide regular feedback to the Product team.
  3. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in engineering or business, excellent Excel skills, and experience in automating data processing. Fluency in Spanish and English is also essential.
