About the OpportunityThe Enterprise Sales Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key Enterprise customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies, and building high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a commercial results-driven bias, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Enterprise customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution, including marketing, operations, and customer success.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinking, with a commercial results-driven bias.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
