About Tracer

Located in the beautiful island of Madeira, Portugal, Tracer is a cutting-edge company that values customer success above all else. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Customer Success.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

This role involves developing strong relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of our services and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure deliverables are met on time and to the required standard
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Forecast and track account metrics, including financial results, and communicate them to management and external stakeholders
  • Mentor other team members to ensure their success and support their growth within the company
  • Coordinate internal teams and resources to meet and exceed customer needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in mentoring and training others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
