Located in the beautiful island of Madeira, Portugal, Tracer is a cutting-edge company that values customer success above all else. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Customer Success.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
This role involves developing strong relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of our services and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to ensure deliverables are met on time and to the required standard
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Forecast and track account metrics, including financial results, and communicate them to management and external stakeholders
- Mentor other team members to ensure their success and support their growth within the company
- Coordinate internal teams and resources to meet and exceed customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in mentoring and training others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
