About the Role:

As a Customer Support Representative for Blu Selection, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences for clients worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Technical Assistance: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with technical assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing Customer Requests: Respond to customer requests through phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Exceeding Customer Service Goals: Meet and exceed customer service quality and productivity goals, as well as compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in Danish and a minimum B2 level of English.
  • Education: High school diploma or Higher Education certificate.
  • Work Permit: Valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU-country.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
  • Soft Skills: Motivation, commitment to excellent customer service, and excitement about intercultural communication.
