We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to support our sales team part-time. This role will play a key role in maintaining our German and English-speaking customers and be significantly involved in acquiring new ones.

You'll ensure that all internal processes run smoothly and customer satisfaction remains at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will work from our modern office in Lisbon and also have the opportunity to work from home several days a week.

This role includes:

  • Actively reaching out to potential customers (leads) by phone to schedule sales appointments
  • Managing and advising existing customers while assisting in new client acquisition
  • Providing charming and professional customer contact over the phone
  • Working closely with the sales team to acquire new customers
  • Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Preparing offers and contracts in collaboration with the sales team
  • Maintaining and expanding our customer database within the CRM system
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of sales initiatives

To be successful as a Customer Relationship Manager, you should have:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in sales is a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German as this role will also be interacting with our German-speaking customers
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer focus
  • Organizational talent and a structured, independent working style
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
  • Team spirit and self-motivation
  • Confident and friendly demeanor on the phone
  • Reliability and excellent organizational skills
