Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Operations Manager to join our Human Resources function in SE HR PS&S People Services & Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery, and promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and coordinate Regional HR operations delivered through an ecosystem of providers, ensuring efficient and effective HR Services delivery.
  2. Drive HR transformation initiatives within your region, implementing harmonized and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in Payroll and HR products.
  3. Analyze and develop contractually agreed HR services, setting up and calculating new HR services, and responsible for operational delivery of HR administrative tasks (Inhouse/Outsourced).
  4. Work closely with service management of business process outsourcing service providers, ensuring quality gates, deficiency resolution, and compliance.
  5. Establish a suitable cost metric to make business changes and efficiency clear.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR Services / Business Processes, including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, such as HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk).
  • HR IT domain know-how, preferably in Workday HCM, ServiceNow, or SAP.
  • Ability to support the management/service management of an eco-system of partners/vendors in HR Services.
  • Track record in supporting the delivery of change/improvement projects, specifically in HR services.
  • Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability.
  • Self-directed with the ability to coordinate, plan, prioritize, and motivate others to drive initiatives to completion.

You will be part of a truly global team with varied strengths of specialists who share an open demeanor, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery, while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
