About the Role

As a Sales Development Manager at Canonical, you will lead a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base globally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering tech firm at the forefront of open-source innovation.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs to achieve exceptional outbound sales development results and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline. Utilize data to drive team activities and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

We seek an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of bringing outstanding results in business development, sales, and technology. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, a bachelor's degree in Business or STEM, and leadership experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
