We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Zendesk, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About the Role

This technical support role involves providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including live messaging/chat and phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide initial support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing technical issues related to Zendesk's multi-product platform.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Dedicate time to resolving problems and propose improvements where possible.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software environment.
  • Proven track record of supporting customers via live messaging/chat, phone, and email.
  • Strong ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and replicate customer technical issues.
  • Experience in swarming-based support environments.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and familiarity with API, HTML, or CSS (desired).
  • Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and digital proficiency.
  • Familiarity with common help desk/ticketing solutions, such as Zendesk.
  • Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
Benefits

Zendesk offers a competitive salary of $**75,000 - $90,000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
