We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Expert to join our team at Cross Border Talents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer requests via various channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software functionality, system configurations, and network settings.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in software functionality, system configurations, and network settings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Language Skills: Native or proficient Italian (C2) and English language proficiency.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
