Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Travel Industry. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Research and provide information on travel rates, destinations, and packages
  • Meet revenue and close rate goals through effective sales techniques
  • Track and report call types and service issues

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2)
  • High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and social intelligence
  • Previous call center experience in sales and/or customer service capacity
  • Strong web-based navigation skills
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously
