Role Overview

This Sales Consultant position is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the EMEA region. At Zendesk, we empower our sales teams to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide top-class customer experience
  • Utilize innovative prospecting techniques to tap into cold accounts and new groups/divisions of existing customers
  • Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups, unicorn businesses, and enterprises
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment
  • Passion for consultative sales with solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred)
