Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth for our enterprise ed tech solutions as a Senior Account Executive in the Spanish-speaking markets.

You will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship building, pipeline management, sales presentations, sales strategy, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new clients employing strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Effectively manage our sales pipeline from A to Z.
  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the unique benefits of our solutions addressing client pain points and driving successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the enterprise ed tech sales landscape.
  • Lead negotiations with clients securing mutually beneficial agreements contributing to overall sales success.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success as a Sales Executive selling mid-market and enterprise software ideally to the education sector.

Demonstrated achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills adept at building trust and rapport with clients.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

A fluent level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
