Job Description
Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Director for Ed Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our global footprint in the Spanish-speaking markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new clients by employing strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage our sales pipeline from A to Z.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique benefits of our solutions, addressing client pain points and driving successful outcomes.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the enterprise ed tech sales landscape.
- Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, securing mutually beneficial agreements and contributing to overall sales success.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success as a Sales Executive selling mid-market and enterprise software, ideally to the education sector.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with clients.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- CRM Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
